At only 200 metres from the Grèves de la Croix beach, this charming 90 m² house located in Guissény welcomes you for a family or friends' stay in the heart of a peaceful environment. Tastefully furnished, fully equipped and offering a view of the garden, it can accommodate up to 6 people in a quiet setting immediately close to the sea and shops.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing in complete serenity. A 20 m² terrace fitted with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to share good meals outdoors and fully enjoy the beautiful Breton days.
Inside, you enter directly into a large, bright and welcoming living space. The living room, consisting of a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a television, invites relaxation after a day outdoors. The dining area has a table that can comfortably accommodate 6 people for moments of sharing. The nearby open-plan kitchen, with induction hob, is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to cook as at home. A small high table completes this functional space.
On the night side, the house has 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): a double bed (140x190) and a television
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs): a single bed (80x190) with a drawer that can be transformed into a Queen Size bed (160x190)
Two bathrooms are available:
- One with a shower and hairdryer is available on the ground floor.
- The second is available upstairs and has a bathtub and a toilet.
A second independent toilet will be at your disposal on the ground floor.
Two parking spaces are available on the property's plot.
For your comfort, the house also has a washing machine, an iron and the possibility of storing up to 6 bicycles in the garage.
