Upon arrival, a covered car park for your vehicle, and a closed garage for two others. From this space, a staircase or a private elevator gives access to the heart of the villa. At the main level, the entrance opens onto a space with wardrobe. The living room, facing southwest, offers an unobstructed view of the sea and the hills. The fully equipped open kitchen also has a coffee area. A large table allows to share meals at eight. All these rooms open onto a shooting terrace, which is extended by the restanque garden and swimming pool. Also at this level: - A master suite with king size bed (180x200 cm), dressing room and bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet - An independent toilet - A laundry room with washing machine and dryer The lower level, accessible by the elevator or an outdoor staircase, offers: - A closet - One bedroom with king size bed (180x200 cm) - A suite with king size bed and bathroom with toilet - A large suite with king size bed, shower room and separate toilet - An additional shower room with double sink and toilet All rooms overlook the lower garden, where you can reach the swimming pool on the upper floor. This level also has an independent entrance, ideal to preserve the privacy of everyone.
