There’s a trampoline for children, a shelter for storing mountain bikes or skis, and direct access to the nearby river for swimming and cooling off.

Many hiking and mountain biking trails start from the property. For tourism: Gap is 30 km away, Sisteron 40 km, and Lake Serre-Ponçon 45 km.
