The space
The Neighborhood: This home is located on a quiet residential street in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood. Magnolia is known to be safe, close to the big city amenities while tucked away from the hustle, bustle, and noise of the city. From the property, you can walk to local restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores along with an Irish pub, and the famous Fisherman's Terminal. During football season, you can take a boat from the terminal to Husky Stadium and "sailgate" as well! A short drive away and you're at Discovery Park, the Elliot Bay Cruise Ship Terminal, downtown, the Space Needle and Seattle Center (home of the Kraken), Queen Anne, Ballard, and the new Seattle Waterfront (Argosy cruises, Seattle's Great Wheel, Pike Place Market). By bike, there is a beautiful new bike path that you can take from Magnolia all the way to TMobile Park (home of the Mariners) and Lumen Field (home of the Seahawks).
The Home: This townhome is 4 stories and 1395 sq feet. The front door opens to the main living area, kitchen, and dining table for 4. Up one flight of stairs the primary suite which covers the whole floor - complete with brand new king size bedding, a TV, custom built-in walk-in closet, and a bathroom with heated floors and a frameless shower. Up another flight is the beautiful rooftop patio complete with two rocking chairs, pillows, an umbrella, along with a bistro table and two chairs. This is a beloved space - perfect for reading a great book, drinking your morning coffee, sharing a glass of wine with friends. The basement provides another bedroom complete with queen bedding, a TV, and a full shower. The open loft area is a flexible space - providing two twin beds (trundle bed) and a workspace as well. Please let us know if you will use the trundle bed and we'll make it up for you!
