This 41 m² apartment is designed to provide a comfortable and accessible mountain stay at an altitude of 1600 meters in the Grandes Rousses massif. Ideally located just a five-minute walk from the resort center of Auris-en-Oisans, the residence offers a south-facing setting near local shops and restaurants. In the winter, you can enjoy direct ski-in/ski-out access to the 250 km of slopes within the Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine.

The interior is specially adapted for guests with reduced mobility and can accommodate up to six people. The layout includes a living room with a television and a pull-out bed for two, a separate bedroom with two single beds, and a sleeping alcove featuring a bunk bed. The kitchen area is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. For your comfort, the private bathroom is designed with an integrated shower and toilet for better accessibility.

During your stay, you have free access to the heated indoor swimming pool, which features both small and large pools, as well as a sauna and hammam. The apartment includes a private balcony or terrace and a dedicated ski locker. Practical services like free covered parking and the option to borrow raclette or fondue sets ensure a seamless and enjoyable alpine experience.
