Cocoonr agency offers this charming 18 m² flat with sea view, which sleeps up to 2 people, for rent in Douarnenez.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), the accommodation comprises
- an 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (120x190) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Shower room and WC

Outside:
- A south-facing passageway serves all the flats in the residence and can be used as a balcony, with a view of the neighbouring park.
The flat is ideally located in Douarnenez, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Numerous nautical activities or sea outings are organised at the port (500m), as well as on the Sables Blancs beach (300m).
- The GR34 passes right by the residence, allowing you to hike to your heart's content while enjoying superb panoramic views.
- Douarnenez is a lively town offering a wide range of activities and entertainment, both typically Breton and otherwise. Of particular note is the "les Gras" carnival in February and during the summer months.
- Quimper, a pretty Breton town, is half an hour's drive away.
- Locronan is worth a visit and is only 10 km away.
- Near Crozon
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's numbered parking space (no. 28) (one vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Quimper, 26 km away
- Nearest airport: Quimper Bretagne, 23 km away
- There is a frequent bus service (route 51) from Quimper to Douarnenez (35/40 minutes), which picks up at the bus station just outside Quimper station.
