- A 36 m² terrace, mostly sunny throughout the day, accessible from the upstairs bedroom or the hallway and reserved exclusively for the occupants of the unoverlooked property.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Raphaël, in a calm and pleasant environment. A bakery, a pizzeria and an organic food shop are all close by, making everyday life easier without the need for long journeys.
