Stroll 10 minutes to reach the access path to Doran Beach, where 2 miles of protected sandy shoreline invite beachcombing and kite flying. The famous Spud Point Crab Company sits 1.9 miles away — arrive early for their legendary crab sandwiches and clam chowder. Within 2 miles you'll find waterfront dining at The Boat House (2.0 mi), Gourmet Au Bay (2.0 mi), and Ginochio's Kitchen (2.0 mi). For morning coffee, Captain Davey's Coffee and Ice Cream (1.1 mi) serves excellent brews. The home stays naturally cool thanks to coastal breezes and doesn't have air conditioning — even summer highs rarely exceed 70°F here. The primary renter must be 25 or older.
