โ We operate a self check in process, all details and lock box codes will be sent before arrival for a smooth check in.
Upon booking:
We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account.
We require a signature of our company Ts and Cs and also a fully refundable security deposit.
Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.
Early Check In Prices:
ยฃ60 - 10am - 12pm
ยฃ40 - 1pm - 2pm
ยฃ20 - 2pm - 3pm
Late Check Out Prices:
ยฃ20 - 11am
ยฃ40 - 12pm
ยฃ60 - 1pm
ยฃ80 - 2pm - 3pm
3pm onwards charge for an extra night
โ Pets are welcome but with ยฃ30 per week
- Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of ยฃ100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
- No smoking and No vaping inside the property - ยฃ200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.
- ๏ปฟNo loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.
- ๏ปฟNo additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am.
