- Dogs allowed (limited to one), supplement €25 for stays up to 10 nights, then €25 per additional 10-night period (capped at €100) to be paid on site.

- Credit card deposit upon key handover (€800)
- Rental of sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, dish towels: email sent 20 days before arrival to order linens (order must be placed no later than 10 days before arrival).
- Baby equipment: to be ordered and picked up at Pressing des Aravis
- End of stay cleaning, flat rate according to accommodation size (€50 to €150), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
