If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Pack-n-play and high chair available, located in bedroom 2 closet.- Property is located on a dirt road — sedan/low-clearance vehicles may have difficulty.- Recommended route: enter from Dulce Avenue, turn left on Vaduz Ave, right on Balsa Ave, then right onto Terbush.- Hiking in the park is accessible right from the backyard. - Desert wildlife present and various insects — this is normal for the desert region.- Winter temperatures can drop below 30°F; light snow possible in coldest months.- No ceiling fans in the home. Property is all-electric (no propane for home systems; propane only for BBQ grill).- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count.
