About this house rental
10 min from Le Havre and the beaches - 20 km away from Etretat and Honfleur.
Independant cottage in bricks and flints of 40 m2 for 2/3 people. Fully renovated in a seaside atmosphere. 2 private terraces (facing south and north west). Located on 1500 m2 enclosed grounds on the premises of the owner. Very confortable. Tastefully decorated.
For your holidays (minimum 7 days - 3 weeks maximum).
Entrance onto the living room / open plan area including : fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer). Dining area and living area with one sofa. 1 bedroom (dble bed 160x200cm). Shower room with towel and hair dryer. Separate WC with hand basin. Cupboard. Washing machine, ironing board and iron. Free WIFI. Bed linen provided. Towels in option. Garden furniture, barbecue. Non smoking. No pets. 1 Parking place and 1 garage for bicycles.

Excellent and charming holiday home in beautiful Normandy. Very comfortable, well kept and very clean house. Very well equipped kitchen, all mod cons, lovely bed and the living room/kitchen is very efficiently and tastefully decorated and arranged. Marylin is the perfect host, very friendly, and she and her husband gave us some useful information and tips for trips. Easy to communicate with, be it in French, English or German. Octeville Central is nearby (2 km) for fresh croissants, a pizza and a small but excellent restaurant. From Octeville you can make some interesting trips to Le Havre, Honfleur and various beaches along the cost. Perfect for cycling trips. All in all: we'd highly recommend this little gem!

Das Häuschen ist hübsch und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Am Rand des Dorfs gelegen, ist man schnell in den Feldern oder an der Steilküste, mit dem Auto in Le Havre oder Étretat. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit, gleichzeitig hat man viel Privatsphäre. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Séjour conforme à l'annonce faite en terme d'équipement et de logis avec tout le confort annoncé.
En revanche, la situation sanitaire a stressé la propriétaire, allant même jusqu'à nous demander de passer la lingette sur tous les espaces communs touchés, poubelles comprises. Parfois, il faut savoir lâcher prise toute proportion gardée, ou alors ne pas le louer.
Dernier conseil : faites bien l'inventaire avant la prise du logis. La propriétaire ne vous fera aucun cadeau ensuite.
Au final, nous avons trouvé la facture un peu salée, au regard du bien loué et de sa localisation.
