Centrally in the living area is the staircase to the upper floor between the living and dining areas. The spacious dining table, which seats six, has comfortable chairs. Both bedrooms are equipped with two single beds (80x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom on this floor features a walk-in shower, sink, and towel radiator. There is also a separate toilet. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has two single beds (80x200 cm) with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and sink. The bedroom and bathroom, like the rest of the ground floor, have underfloor heating. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. Large garden and covered terrace From the living area, you step onto the terrace (16 m²), which is partially covered. The garden (300 m²) is fully enclosed, so even small children can play safely. There is a comfortable garden set and two lounge beds to relax and enjoy the outdoor life. For extra comfort, there is a washing machine and dryer available, so you can refresh your towels and swimwear after a long day at the beach for the next beach day. For families with young children, there is both a cot and a high chair available. There is space for two cars to park on the driveway of the house.
