Situated on the small hilltop of a hill (360sqm) is surrounded by 5.000 m2 of lawn as well as an orchard and an olive grove for a total of 10. 000 m2 all fenced. Particularly interesting location, as well as excellent tranquility, for the geographical location that makes it easy to visit both Umbria and Lazio. Swimming pool (6x12 - max. 2,10) equipped with deck chairs, tables and umbrellas and a children's pool (4x4 - Prof. 1,20). Laundry (washing machine). Close to the swimming pools is an Etruscan tomb. On request and payable on the spot, there are additional 5 extra bed armrests available (Euro 100 bed / week). Parking near the villa. Access to property via automatic gate. Possibility of organizing lunches or dinners, cooking courses and guided excursions (archaeological, lake, thermal, cultural, wine and food) on request; possibility to buy the company's products (wine, oil). On-site spa services can be provided on request and subject to charges.
