White House Beausoleil is a stylish, three-bedroom hillside villa in Beausoleil, perched directly above Monaco on the French Riviera. Sleeping up to eight guests, it offers sweeping panoramic views across Monte Carlo and the Mediterranean Sea, light-filled contemporary interiors, and three distinct terraces for outdoor living. A private jacuzzi, covered outdoor kitchen, working indoor fireplace, air conditioning, and smart keyless entry make this a villa designed to be enjoyed without compromise. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, long-term stays are accommodated, and small events or celebrations can be considered upon request.

A Home to Relax and Unwind

The interiors are bright and generously proportioned, with marble-effect flooring, white beamed ceilings, and large windows framing the hills and sea. The working fireplace adds warmth on cooler evenings, while a sound system, board games, and books ensure there is always something to enjoy. The three terraces suit everything from morning coffees to celebratory dinners, and the private jacuzzi — set on its own deck above the glittering principality — is an experience in itself. A concierge service is available through us covering restaurant reservations, transportation, guided tours, grocery delivery, private chef, spa treatments, and wine delivery. Book additional services at least seven days in advance.


The Layout

Living and dining area: Open-plan space with plush seating, Smart TV, sound system, and dining table for the full group. Flows naturally to the kitchen and first terrace. A double sofa bed provides additional sleeping accommodation.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, mini fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and cooking basics provided. A separate outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill and utensils is on the second terrace.

Bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: Twin room with two single beds
• Bedroom 2: Twin room with two single beds
• Bedroom 3: Double bedroom
• Living area: Double sofa bed

All bedrooms have room-darkening blinds, clothing storage, hangers, bed linen, extra pillows, and blankets.

Bathrooms: Four bathrooms with marble-effect tiling. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body soap, and hair dryer provided.

Laundry and practical: Washer, dryer, drying rack, and iron. Ethernet connection, safety deposit box, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, portable fans, and high chair also available.

Outdoor space:
• Jacuzzi terrace: Private hot tub with panoramic views over Monaco and the Mediterranean
• Outdoor kitchen terrace: Covered, with BBQ grill, dining furniture, and lounge seating

Location

Beausoleil sits directly above Monaco on the French Riviera, with a lively morning market two minutes on foot and the energy of Monte Carlo just a ten-minute stroll via the hillside steps. Monaco`s marketplace, harbour, casino, Larvotto Beach, Oceanographic Museum, and Prince`s Palace are all easily reachable on foot or by bus. The Monaco train station connects to Nice, Cannes, Menton, and towns along the Italian border. Nice city centre and its international airport are around 20 to 25 minutes by car.

Getting around:
• Beausoleil morning market: approximately 2 minutes on foot
• Monaco marketplace: approximately 10 minutes on foot
• Monte Carlo Casino: approximately 3 minutes by local bus (Zestbus line 18)
• Nice city centre: approximately 20 minutes by car or 40 minutes by bus (line 600)
• Nice Cote d`Azur Airport: approximately 25 minutes by car or taxi

Free on-site parking for up to four cars. Taxis and Uber available from Beausoleil. Note that ride-hailing services cannot pick up within Monaco; arrange collection from the French side of the border.

• Quiet hours to be respected at all times; loud noise and outdoor parties are not permitted
• A passport or valid ID copy is required from all guests at time of booking
• Small events or celebrations may be considered upon request; please enquire before booking


Extra Charges

Additional mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee, payable directly to the cleaning team. Concierge and premium services are subject to advance booking and may incur additional costs. Arrange at least seven days before arrival.


Booking Policy

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.


Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
