About this house rental
It sits on Lower Green Way inside Carlton Landing — one of the most beloved lake communities in Oklahoma — and it was built for exactly this kind of trip. Four bedrooms, one of which includes a bunk room that sleeps six, two levels of porch, and enough space that the group can be together when you want it and spread out when you need it. Nobody is on an air mattress. Nobody is sharing a bathroom with six people. It just works.
The wraparound porch sets the tone the second you pull up. It runs nearly the full perimeter of the main floor, it's furnished with real seating, and it becomes the center of gravity for the whole stay — morning coffee, afternoon drinks, late nights after the kids are in bed. Upstairs, the second-floor porch off the guest bedrooms is quieter, more private, and looks out over the community. It's the kind of spot you find on the first day and spend the rest of the trip trying to get back to.
Inside, the main floor is open and easy. Big kitchen with an island, a full dining area, and a living room with a fireplace for cooler nights. The primary king suite is on the main floor with its own private bath and walk-in closet.
Upstairs: two private guest rooms, and a bunk room with six individual sleeping spots, as well as a shared full bath. Covered parking at the rear. Private backyard with a grill.
Carlton Landing handles the rest — two seasonal pools, a year-round hot tub, lake beach access, kayak and paddleboard rentals, bocce courts, and Mama Tig's Wood Fired Pizza all within walking distance. Linens, towels, washer/dryer, and a starter kit are included. Sleeps 12.
