The full kitchen and dedicated workspace make extended stays easy and enjoyable.
Parking and Garage Access
Please park to the left of the gate entry or anywhere in the main driveway. The garage opener is left on the kitchen counter for access to the game room.

Heating Instructions
The house uses propane, so it may take a little time to warm up. To heat the house, turn the thermostat to the Heat On position and drag the temperature bar to your desired temperature. At this time of year, it may be around 58°F, so it can take up to 15 minutes for the entire house to reach the set temperature. For extra warmth, two additional electric heaters are available for your convenience.

Hot Tub Use Reminder
After each use, please make sure the hot tub cover is fully closed and secured, and kindly bring any towels back inside rather than leaving them outside. This helps keep everything clean, safe, and in good condition for all guests.

Backyard Lights and Fire Safety
Please turn off the backyard string lights each evening after use. Even with recent rain and cooler weather, fire safety remains very important in Tuolumne County. The area can still experience dry conditions, so precautions are necessary to help protect the property, surrounding nature, and the community. Fire safety violations can result in fines or other consequences.

Feel free to fire up the grill and enjoy some outdoor cooking!

Please clean the grill after use (brush + wipe down)
