About this apartment rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 42 m² flat for rent in Dinard, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An 8 m² west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
- Supermarket in the town centre and hypermarket around 2 km away
- Market on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings
What to do :
- Greenway nearby
- Moonlight walk along the seafront
- Activities on the seafront
- Visits organised by the tourist office
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage (small and medium-sized vehicles only).
There are a few free parking spaces in the surrounding streets and in front of the residence.

- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo (10 km)
- There is a bus service between Saint-Malo and Dinard
- Nearest airport: Rennes-Bretagne (80 km)
