Cocoonr Annecy offers you the opportunity to rent "Studio Sunrise", a beautiful contemporary studio ideally located on the first heights of Veyrier-du-Lac. Located on the ground floor of a rented villa, this modern and refined 32 m² furnished studio is ideally situated at the foot of Mont Veyrier, on the eastern shore of Lake Annecy, with a unique view of the lake.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

Perfect for a single person or a couple, this accommodation combines comfort, stunning views and a privileged location, and is made up as follows:

- A sunny living room with sofa, television and access to the terrace
- A convivial dining area with dining table and chairs
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140x190)
- An open-plan kitchen with hob (double), extractor hood, fridge, coffee maker and microwave
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, wall-hung WC and heated towel rail

Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.

Transport :
If you come by car, you can park in the private parking space.
- The regular SIBRA 20 bus service, with a stop close to the villa (Barattes), provides easy access to Annecy town centre (around 15 minutes) and nearby beaches (5-10 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 49 minutes by car. There are also bus and private shuttle services between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, you can take advantage of two sheltered parking spaces and one unsheltered space.

To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form. This does not affect the conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.

On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the property, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
