Cocoonr offers this charming 57 m² flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 21 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (queen-size, real mattress), dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen including: Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: electric barbecue, iron and ironing board, raclette machine, Bluetooth sound bar.
Outside:
- A 16 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
There is a gym in the residence, equipped with cardio and weight training equipment.
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Visit the bunkers and secret sites of the D-Day landings
- Scuba diving
- H2o Parapluies, French umbrella manufacturer
- The British Memorial at Ver-sur-Mer
