About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this 180 m² house for rent in Plomodiern, less than 400 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 9 people. It comprises a 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a shower room (with shower) and a 2,200 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
- A veranda with furniture
First floor
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200) adjoining bedroom 4
- Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160x200) and one single bed
- Bathroom (with bath)
- Shower room and WC
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot.
Outside:
- A lovely 2,200 m² unfenced garden
- A 25 m² south-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying fine weather
- A 10 m² north-facing terrace on the veranda side
- A 25 m² north-facing terrace on the lounge side
The house is ideally located in Plomodiern, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- Discover the chapels, local markets, Locronan
- Local festival, night markets, shows
- Beach, water sports centre, playground
- Hiking, paragliding at Ménez-Hom
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (3 vehicles). A recharging point with a Green up plug has been installed in the parking area. It is free to use.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Quimper, 30 km away
- Nearest airport: Brest, 65 km away
