Cozy and bright cottage located just about 800 meters from a beautiful, child-friendly beach with shallow water. The house features three bedrooms and a large, bright living room with a bio-ethanol fireplace, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere all year round.

The garden offers great space for play, with a large swing and a play tower for children. The area also has several restaurants, street food options, mini golf and grocery shopping – all within a short distance. There is also a nearby forest, perfect for walks and enjoying nature.
