- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) and TV
- Bedroom 2: with 1 king-size bed (180x200) and access to a small balcony
- Bathroom (with bath)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 4 m² balcony adjoining the living room with outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather!
The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
The property is bordered by a green lane that leads to the town centre on one side and to the shopping area on the other. You can also walk along it to the Ille-et-Rance canal.

- The centre of Saint-Malo is 10 minutes away, thanks to a shuttle service from the port of Dinard to the inner city and the whole of the Emerald Coast.
