A living room with sofa, coffee table, TV, DVD, a dining room, a kitchen equipped with hob, hood, combined oven, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, press fruit, toaster bread and kitchen utensils.
A laundry room with washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner, storage.
A terrace with table, chairs, a barbecue and a parasol.
A fully enclosed private garden of 400 m2, with a round wooden swimming pool 4x4 in diameter and 1.10 m deep (above ground and secured by a removable ladder for greater peace of mind), as well as deckchairs, parasol.
Swimming pool in service from April 15 to 30 september.
The house is air-conditioned with reversible air conditioning and also heated by inertia convectors.
