The Space:
Step inside to find a versatile, open layout with multiple living areas — perfect for relaxing, working remotely, or gathering together after a day in the city. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, making it easy to cook, serve, and connect. Each bedroom offers ample privacy and plush comfort, ensuring everyone has their own retreat.
The ample living room is a great place for some together time, and also the perfect work station with desk and chair. Upstairs you will find 3 well appointed bedrooms, and a full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.
Downstairs, you’ll find a cozy lounge area ideal for movie nights or quiet reading. With thoughtful touches and flexible spaces throughout, the home works equally well for business travelers, families, or group getaways. Also downstairs are 2 more bedrooms, and a full bathroom.

The Neighborhood:
Our Neighborhood is Woodland Park in northern-central Columbus. We are very close to the I/71 freeway, and our area is a tree lined street with lots of great families and houses. It is quiet, and we all respect each other as neighbors.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
