The Neighborhood:
The home is located in OSU Off-campus housing area of Summit St. There is a mix of musicians, professors, students, and working professionals who live in the area. The house is centrally located to all Columbus has to offer. The house is within walking distance (15 mins or so) to Ohio State University. We are just around the corner from the Ohio Expo Center. We are 5-10 minutes from all of the action in the Short North, Convention Center, Nationwide Arena, and Downtown. We are located close to all major highways and 10 minutes from the airport.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are great ways to get around in Columbus, and our central location allows you to get to most parts of downtown in under 10 minutes, and most other parts of Columbus in under 20 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
