Little Blagdon is a stone-built cottage with a kitchen/diner featuring an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, air fryer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, alongside a separate dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a twin. There is a bathroom with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, double basin, heated towel rail, and WC, as well as a cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed rear garden with lawn, gravelled area, outdoor furniture, and a gas barbecue, all set against countryside views. Off-road parking is available for two cars, and up to four well-behaved dogs are welcome - there may be an additional charge. WiFi, fuel, and power are included. This appealing rural retreat offers a relaxed Devon escape at Little Blagdon. Note: Ponies in the adjacent paddock. Roadford Lake with its sailing, fishing and visitors’ centre is just 4 miles, while the rolling surf, night life and sandy beaches at the closest resort of Bude, are within 20 miles. The RHS Garden at Rosemoor, the Dartington Glass Factory, and the rugged tors and open spaces of Dartmoor also make superb days out and can all be reached in under 40 minutes. If heading for Dartmoor look out for the pretty moorland villages of Belstone and Sticklepath - they will take your breath away.
