Upon entering, you arrive in the dining area, facing large windows that provide natural light and a view of the garden.
The spacious, separate kitchen is fully equipped.
The living room features a sofa and smart TV, with direct access to the garden. Adjacent to the living area, a sleeping corner with a trundle bed (160×200 cm) can accommodate additional guests.
The main sleeping quarters comprise:
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200 cm), wardrobe, and ceiling fan.
- A bathroom with WC, accessible from the hallway.
- A second shower room with WC, located near the living area.
In the garden, a 17m² wooden chalet offers an additional bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and ceiling fan, for more privacy.
The outdoor space features a 4×8 m swimming pool framed by olive trees, a garden lounge, an al fresco dining area, and a pétanque court, providing a serene and inviting setting for relaxation.
