The Oasis consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining seating, Smart TV, USB connection, and streaming services available. The bedroom is a double with freestanding bath with handheld shower and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC, On-site, you'll find EV chargers available on the site car park for an additional fee, adventure golf, a dog agility course, an outdoor playground, and a G&Tea House Restaurant. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot available on request at an additional fee. Highchair available on request. Iron and ironing board available on request. Outside, there is a garden with decking, lawn area, furniture, hot tub, sauna, shower, and ice bath, and designated parking for one car with an on-site car park available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Please be aware that the stated maximum occupancy includes infants, and cannot be exceeded. Return year after year to The Oasis. Note: Children's cot is difficult to place.



The Neighborhood:

The attractive village of Great Ayton lies on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. Great Ayton is famous for being the boyhood home of Captain Cook, and is also mentioned in the Domesday Book. The village consists of a mixture of pretty stone cottages and some new development housing. Great Ayton has two village greens, with a river running alongside, making it a popular picnic spot in the summer months. To the north of the village, the view is dominated by Roseberry Topping, a 330-metre hill. In the village are a good range of shops and inns, which, together with restaurants and cafes, cater well for holidaymakers. There is also the old school, now converted into the Captain Cook Schoolroom Museum. Around the village are several interesting walks, and Great Ayton makes a great base for walkers wishing to explore the stunning countryside. A good base for market towns, the lovely countryside and, just a short drive, the East Coast.
