The cozy 60 square metre living space is efficiently designed for comfort, with a lovely living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, two tastefully decorated bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, and a practical separate toilet. The apartment is air-conditioned and includes a fast Wi-Fi connection. Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful 15 square metre private terrace offering a unique view of the old church.
The concern extends beyond the sea: a grocery store is just steps away from the house, and a traditional Dalmatian tavern is just around the corner. The location provides a great mix of sea and mountain, with Zadar's famous Old Town and the climbing centre of Paklenica National Park both easily accessible within a 20 km drive. The nearby Velebit Mountains also offer endless routes for cycling and active exploration. For the comfort of all future guests, please note that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and pets are not allowed on the property.
