This apartment offers a comfortable and spacious retreat on the ground floor in the quiet residential area of Posedarje, ideal for two families or a group of up to eight guests. With 120 square meters of spacious living space, this apartment promises a perfect blend of sea views and easy access to both local amenities and spectacular natural scenery.
The interior offers plenty of space, with a bright living and dining area, an open kitchen and four well-appointed bedrooms – including one with a king-size bed – along with a full bathroom and a convenient additional toilet. The balcony with sea views, although compact, offers a lovely spot to enjoy the fresh air and views.
Outside, the property is set in a large, 1000 square meters of enclosed garden, which offers a private area for relaxation and enjoyment, complete with barbecue facilities and gated private parking. The real convenience of this location is second to none: the nearest beach is just a short ten-minute walk away, and a supermarket, restaurant, bakery and pharmacy are just around the corner. The apartment is also an excellent starting point for active tourism, with Zadar's Old Town 20 minutes away, and the thrills of rafting in Zrmanja and climbing in Paklenica within a thirty-minute drive.
