About this house rental
The property extends over a large plot surrounded by meadows and greenery.
The south-facing terrace of over 150 m² offers ample space for outdoor dining, sunbathing or summer evenings.
You can also enjoy the heated swimming pool (4x8 m), open from April to October, as well as a small garden with artificial turf, perfect for children.
The house is located:
- 6 km from the centre of Pleneuf (with its Leclerc shopping centre open on Sunday mornings during the season),
- 3 minutes by car from the village of Saint-Alban (Lidl supermarket, bakery, local services),
- 15 minutes from Lamballe train station,
- 6 minutes from the beaches of Val-André and Caroual (or 20 minutes by bike).
The house comprises three independent apartments, a spacious dormitory and a large communal living area.

- Fully equipped kitchen: American fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker
- Large dining area with high table for 15 to 16 guests
- Cosy lounge with large-screen TV (189 cm), Orange TV, Bose home cinema and all the necessary connections for your screenings or film nights
