_ 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional extra bed for 1 child
- 2 en-suite bathrooms. The first has a shower, sink, and toilet. The second has a bathtub, sink, and toilet.

It is also close to the Montparnasse and Saint-Lazare train stations, as well as several parks (Breteuil, Champs-de-Mars, Trocadéro, André Citroën).
The neighborhood atmosphere is relaxed and safe, with a multitude of cafés, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, local shops, cinemas, parks, and typically Parisian green spaces. The Beaugrenelle shopping center is a must-visit for shopping.
