The guest unit is fully private, with an exclusive entrance gate located on left side of the bungalow via a step stone path. Please pull open the brown side gate to enter and use your four digits access code to unlock the guest unit.
There is easy, always-available street parking right in front of the house.
Upon request, long term renter can park your car inside of the detached garage.
❖ Other details to note ❖
- Keyless check-in and check-out: A secure 4-digit access code will be provided before your arrival.
- Guests traveling with children: please note that we do not provide amenities for infants. If you’re visiting with little ones, kindly bring any necessary items such as a highchair, portable crib, or stroller.
- Our gardener comes every Saturday around 11am for routine maintenance and will need to access the back yard, usually for about 30 minutes.
- The owner lives in the front unit on the same property and may access the detached garage and back alley via the side gate occasionally.
- Our top priorities are cleanliness, safety, and comfort. We’re very responsive via text, so please feel free to text us anytime with any questions.
