You can’t get a much better location than this spacious 2BR/1BA unit overlooking the beautiful Mars Hill Univ campu, Duck Greenway, and Mars Hill Disc Golf course. Just stroll down the hill via the sidewalk and you’ll be there — or just a 1/2 mile walk to “Mayberry-like” downtown with shops, galleries, dining. Bailey Preserve is also just over a mile away to experience even more nature. Mars Hill Recreation Park/Pool is 1.2 miles away. Just 20 minutes to Asheville.
This large unit is 1200 sq feet is on the lower back terrace level of a 2 unit dwelling, offering outdoor privacy and serenity. It has been updated and refreshed for a comfortable stay. Note that this is not luxury finishes, but rather, a “real” relaxed feel with simplicity that still meets all your daily needs. It has LVP and tile flooring throughout.
