- A beautiful 47 m² living room with sofa, armchair, TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 5: with a double bed (140x190).
- Shower room with WC.
- A 23m² relaxation area with two sofas and a direct view of the garden.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190), an adjoining WC and a work area.
- Bedroom 2: with a cot.
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and a 1.5 m² west-facing balcony.
- Bedroom 4: with three single beds (90×190).
- A shower room with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed private garden (with rare species of trees and camellias) of 3,653 m² with garden furniture and benches to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Bégard, in pleasant surroundings.
Situated 24 km from the sea, it offers peace and quiet while remaining close to towns such as Guingamp, Lannion, Perros-Guirec, Tréguier, Paimpol and Pontrieux.
