Set on a large plot with private river access, the town center and nearby shops are 4 km away. Perfect for exploring the iconic sites of Southern Morbihan and the surrounding coastline.

- Living room with dining (table and chairs), lounge area (TV, sofa, and armchairs, fireplace not usable), opening onto a south-facing terrace with sea view, extended by a fenced garden. Private access to the Étel River is at the end of the garden.
