Please note: week long bookings must be Saturday to Saturday and short breaks must start or end on a Saturday. Poppy's Footprint is a single-storey property featuring a double bedroom with an en-suite wet room, including a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Heating is electric central, and appliances include an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. There is a TV and WiFi for entertainment. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden terrace with bistro table and chairs, and also a patio with dining furniture, and private off-road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, four pubs, tearoom/bistro and fish and chip shop 0.1 mile, lake 1.2 miles, river 1.5 miles. A romantic getaway awaits at Poppy's Footprint. Note: Shared use of freezer and orchard garden. The attractive Wensleydale town of Middleham is renowned for its history and race horses. Much of the history is bound up with its Norman castle, which dates from 1190 and has a castle keep second in size only to the Tower of London.
