Welcome to Ty Ouessant, a charming holiday home located just 450 metres from the sea in Lampaul-Plouarzel, the ideal place for holidays with family or friends by the sea in Finistère.
The Space:
Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, this house combines comfort, conviviality and proximity to the great Breton outdoors.
The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, TV, games and books, and a bright dining room opening onto the living room, perfect for sharing moments together after a day by the water.
There is also a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm), a shower room and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer comfort and privacy, the first with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and the second also with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) with a private shower and washbasin.
A separate toilet completes this level.
Outside, enjoy a large enclosed garden of 800 m², ideal for children and relaxation, as well as a spacious sunny terrace with a plancha grill and garden furniture, where you can enjoy al fresco dining. The house also has a private garage in the basement, with storage for bicycles and paddleboards, as well as parking for several vehicles.
Ty Ouessant offers a welcoming and well-designed atmosphere, perfect for a rejuvenating holiday, just a 8-minute walk from the beach.
The little extras you won't find anywhere else? Bed linen and towels provided (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and recommending activities to do and tourist attractions to visit!
The surrounding area offers many opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants where you can savour Breton specialities.
