Welcome to Gablebach, a charming two-bedroom cottage set in the peaceful village of Llangadog. Full of character and thoughtfully designed for comfort, this welcoming retreat is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding countryside. With a traditional outdoor bath, views across the valley towards the River Tywi, and a setting just moments from the village green, Gablebach offers a relaxing base for a memorable rural escape.
The living space is comfortable and full of character. The lounge sits at the heart of the cottage, with a log burner and a classic Chesterfield sofa providing a relaxing place to unwind. The dining space offers a charming setting for slow breakfasts and relaxed evening meals. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need during your stay.
The master bedroom features a 1920s French bed with carved wooden details and is furnished with a selection of antique pieces. Soft linens provide a comfortable place to relax after a day exploring. The bathroom includes a classic roll-top bath and a Victorian washstand, continuing the cottage's traditional style. Just off of the main bedroom is a single room with a built in shower.
Outside, Gablebach enjoys a wonderfully private position facing the village green and overlooking the gentle flow of the River Tywi, with far-reaching views stretching across the valley. The patio and garden provide a lovely place to relax, complete with outdoor sofas and a dining area perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or unwinding with a glass of something special. An outdoor tub offers the perfect spot to soak and take in the peaceful surroundings. The property is also pet friendly and offers ample parking for multiple vehicles.
