Come stay in this classic Cayucos family beach house and take in the stunning oceanfront views! This charming home is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and experience the laid-back coastal vibe that makes Cayucos so special. With private stairs to the beach and a prime location on Pacific Avenue, you’ll be just steps from the sand and within easy walking distance to town, the pier, shops, and local restaurants. It’s also a short scenic drive up the coast to explore nearby attractions.
This comfortable single-level home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families and small groups. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, the second bedroom includes a queen bed, and the third bedroom features a bunk bed with two twins plus an additional twin bed, perfect for kids or extra guests.
The home has a warm and welcoming feel, with beautiful ocean views from the living room, dining area and kitchen, creating the perfect setting to relax after a day at the beach.
Outside, you’ll find two inviting outdoor spaces. The gated street-side patio is great for barbecuing and gathering with family and friends, while the beachside patio features picnic tables and plenty of beach chairs where you can sit back, listen to the waves, and enjoy the ocean air.
A private stairway leads directly to the beach, though during times of extreme storms or high tides, nearby public beach access stairs may need to be used.
