This practical and well-maintained holiday apartment impresses with its convenient location, functional facilities and beautiful mountain views – ideal for guests who value cleanliness, comfort and short distances.





The approx. 49 m² apartment accommodates up to four guests and features two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. This makes it particularly suitable for friends or families who appreciate a bit of privacy.





One of the bedrooms also serves as the dining area. A small, neighbouring room houses the compact kitchen, equipped with cooking plates, a fridge and a coffee machine, as well as everything needed for self-catering during your stay. Hair dryers are provided in the bathrooms. The furnishings are simple, functional and well kept – perfect for an active holiday in the mountains.





From the balcony you can enjoy lovely views of the surrounding mountains and relax at the end of the day. The location is especially practical: Saalbach’s village centre as well as the cable cars and ski slopes are just a short walk away, allowing you to leave your car parked during your stay.
