Enjoy your holiday in Saalbach at Panorama Chalets – Chalet Smaragd and book at the best price directly with the owner. Set right on the Kohlmais piste yet within easy walking distance of Saalbach’s lively village centre, this premium chalet combines peace, comfort and immediate mountain access – in winter and in summer.





With a generous 150 m², Chalet Smaragd offers plenty of space for up to six guests and features a warm, high-end Alpine style with natural materials, lots of wood and carefully chosen details. The layout across two floors creates an open, spacious feel while still providing privacy – ideal for families or friends.





On the ground floor you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This level also hosts the private wellness area with a Finnish sauna and an additional shower – perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or trails.





The first floor forms the heart of the chalet with an open-plan living concept. Here you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and quality cookware and tableware, plus a dining area for shared meals. Also on this floor is a third bedroom with a double bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub.





In winter, enjoy true ski-in/ski-out access to the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn and ski back right to the door. At the same time, Saalbach’s restaurants, bars and après-ski spots are just a short walk away. In summer, Saalbach is a renowned outdoor hub with world-class bike trails and varied hiking routes starting right outside your door.





The chalet is easily accessible by car and includes one underground parking space with an EV charging station. Free Wi-Fi, premium furnishings and generous space make Panorama Chalets – Chalet Smaragd the perfect choice for guests seeking Alpine luxury, a prime location and privacy in Saalbach.
