About this house rental
Our home of 25 years is an architectural Mid Century 3000 ft house in a urban forest. The suite is our lower level with two private entrances and total privacy and extensive soundproofing. We are usually renting this while we are away traveling or in the summer on our expedition trawler yacht.
Those home has an open design that blends with the outdoor space. We are in a quiet development in an Urban Forest called Broadmead half way between downtown Victoria and the airport. Most everything in no more than a 15 minute drive. There are extensive hikes, biking trails and wilderness walks just yards from the house. There are essential three suites with two kitchens and three ensuite bathrooms that provide both shared and private space suiting several couples or extended families. There are extensive decks and outdoor spaces that flow seamlessly with the indoors that function as common and meeting areas. Enjoy lots of wildlife including deer, owls, racoons, hummingbirds and more quiet private secret gardens.
