Welcome to Kotirana, a spacious and peaceful four-bedroom home set on the banks of the Caledonian Canal, with uninterrupted views of Ben Nevis and the Nevis Range. Sleeping up to eight guests, this welcoming Highland retreat is ideal for families and groups looking to relax, explore and enjoy spectacular scenery in comfort.
Inside, the large living room makes the most of the stunning canal and mountain views, creating a bright and relaxing space to unwind. Comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV make it perfect for evenings in after a day outdoors. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for preparing family meals and includes a separate utility room for added convenience. It leads to a generous dining room with a large table, ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings together.
Kotirana sleeps up to eight guests across four comfortable bedrooms. These include a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with built-in storage, along with two additional double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower room. There is also a downstairs family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate bathroom with an electric shower, providing plenty of space and convenience for larger groups.
Outside, the large private garden offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
