NO SMOKING: If so, $500 Deep Clean. No smoking/vaping, flammable items. Kindly smoke outside, away from openings and throw away all roaches, cigarette butts, etc, in the trash can.
NO PETS: If so, $500 Deep Clean & we may cancel stay without refund. Trained Service Dog OK. ADVANCE notice required.
QUIET TIME: 8pm - 7am. Enjoy our home! But please no loud noise levels, unruly behavior or illegal activities. If so, stay may be canceled without refund. This is per the LA County Home Sharing Ordinance.
LINENS/BEDS: Kindly refrains from eating in the bedrooms.
KITCHEN: Wash any dishes, pots, pans, etc.

I liked a lot of things about this VRBO: the place and furnishings were very nice and felt quite new, it was very clean, and it was comfortable. The only negatives were that one of the rooms had no closet and therefore nowhere to hang clothes and that the description didn't say that there were a number of stairs to climb to reach the unit. Also, it wasn't clear in the garage how to exit it into the building -- took a bit of trial and error to figure that out. But it was a very nice place to stay and worked well for our group!
