About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this 90 m² house for rent in Treffiagat, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room (with Italian shower) and a garden of around 500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, a large corner sofa and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A utility room at the back of the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer
- Separate WC with washbasin
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room with Italian shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 50 m² south-facing terrace with furniture and 2 sunbathing areas for maximum sunshine.
- A lovely 500 m² enclosed garden to the rear of the house.
- Three private, enclosed parking spaces.
The house is ideally located in Treffiagat, in a very pleasant environment with little car traffic. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
