About this apartment rental
Enjoy a stylish stay at this centrally-located apartment, a short walk from the High Street shops and restaurants. A perfect place for up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, one king, one double. Off-road parking for 1 car with street parking close by. A balcony space allows you to sip a drink in the sunshine whilst watching the world go by. This flat is located within a 5 minute walk from Christchurch Train Station, 10 minutes to shops, cafes and restaurants, 30 minutes walk to Southbourne Beach.
The space
Located on the second floor of a purpose built apartment block with both stairs and a lift for access, this spacious feeling apartment will soon feel like home from home.
The main living space has a fully fitted kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer. There is also a kettle and toaster. There are place settings for 4 with plenty of glasses, cutlery and utensils.
The main bedroom has a king sized bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table and wardrobe.
In the 2nd bedroom there is a double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps and a cupboard for clothes with a small hanging area.
Both bedrooms also have a moveable fan for those warmer nights.
The bathroom consists of sink, toilet, bath with a shower over and glass shower screen and a heated towel rail.
Guest access
The whole of the apartment is available to you for the duration of your stay.
The parking space allocated to the apartment is immediately on your right as you drive into the private car park, alongside the wall. There is an access door to the block from the car park. Further road parking is available a short walk away along the street and in side roads nearby.
Other things to note
There are beach chairs for your use as well as a bucket and spade and a beach ball but please bring your own beach towels etc.
