We are in Marciana Marina, a charming fishing village on the island's north coast. Renowned for its vibrant colors and sweeping sea views, the town boasts a lively and welcoming tourist center, with bars and restaurants overlooking the marina, where good food is a must. This renowned resort offers a wide range of services, from the beaches lining the seafront, to the boutiques and its many summer events, to small boat rentals for exploring the numerous coves and beaches on its shores, and to the hiking trails that extend behind it and reach Monte Capanne, a popular destination for hikers and nature lovers thanks to its panoramic views and breathtaking landscapes.

- 350 m from the Marciana Marina seafront - 1 km from the Feniccia and Feniccetta beaches - 12 km from Sant'Andrea beach - 16 km from Biodola beach - 16 km from Marina di Campo beach

Please leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and utensils upon checkout. Separate waste and dispose of it properly.
Car rentals are also available from 2025.
Two-Room Apartment for 2 – Cozy Apartment in Marciana Marina
Charming two-room apartment on the first floor for rent featuring a new kitchen and a comfortable dining area. The bright double bedroom ensures relaxation, while the bathroom, complete with bidet, shower, and window, ensures functionality and comfort for a pleasant stay.
There is no assigned parking space, but parking is available in a public parking lot about 150 meters away.
Important Notes:
- Groups of young people under 21 are not permitted.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM; check-in after 8:00 PM requires a €50.00 surcharge.
- pets are not allowed
- Deposit (mandatory): €150.
Bed linens and towels
Linens are not included in the price and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or can be brought along.
Double bed linen (also for single use): €40
Single bed linen: €20
The linen set includes both sheets and towels.
Security deposit
The security deposit will be refunded within a few days of the end of your stay.
Payment can be made in cash, refunded upon departure if departure is after 3:00 PM (time required for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Credit cards are also accepted, but the release times depend on the procedures of the banking network used.
