- Only a starter kit is provided to the guests in terms of essentials. If you’ll need me more, it’ll have to be at your expense.
- We offer mid-stay clean for the same rate as your cleaning fee. This includes standard cleaning, changing of linens, disinfection and re-supplying the starter kit.

- Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.

** Kindly be aware that we have surveillance equipment positioned outside the premises, including cameras. These devices are placed at the front entrance, driveway, and backyard, with the primary intention of safeguarding our home, guests, and ensuring your privacy.
**We have a smarter glass break sensor installed in the family room. This advanced device is specifically engineered to detect the distinct sound of glass breaking, immediately triggering an alert in the event of a potential break-in attempt. Its primary function is to augment the security measures in place and promptly notify you of any potential intrusions.

Booking Requirements:
- Due to unfortunate events that we have experienced in the past (not judging all guests are the same), we call our guest for verification purposes as we abide by Airbnb Rules in regards to third-party bookings (unless authorized) and confirm their purpose of travel. We also confirm if you’ll be fine on what you need to know about our home to make sure your needs are met. No calls - no check-in.
